2 Getting Started Set Up Your BodyTrace Scale Phase 2 Step on the Scale Every Day Fluctuations: Did You Know...? There are many different reasons your weight changes every day, and it is not always the result of how well you follow your Newtopia plan. On an average day, a 5-pound weight shift is typical. What matters most is the way your weight is trending month over month. When we start an exercise program, we may retain some water as our muscles adjust to the exercise program. This may cause our weight to fluctuate, but over time your weight will start to go down! Some of us are sensitive to sodium and may retain water that can add up to pounds on the scale. Work with your Inspirator to chat about how we can manage these fluctuations. If you love bread, pasta, rice, and other starchy carbs, the weight gain you see on the scale may be related to your carb intake. If you eat a very high carbohydrate meal, your body weight is likely to increase because of the water weight, not because of increased fat. 2

Log in using the same username and password you set-up when you registered for the Newtopia program.

3 Set Up Your BodyTrace Scale Follow the steps below to set up your BodyTrace scale. 1. Download the Achieve On The Go app from the Google Play Store or ios App Store. The app is compatible with Android 4.3+ and ios Log in using the same username and password you set-up when you registered for the Newtopia program. TIP: If you forget your password, simply tap on Forgot Password and follow the prompts. 3. Open the Achieve On the Go app and tap on Goals, then Connect Google Fit and follow the prompts.
