2 WARNINGS Handle with care. Harmful by ingestion, contact and inhalation. Toxic to bees and fish. Store in a cool, dry place away from food and feed. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals. Re-entry: Do not enter treated area until spray deposit has dried off. In case of poisoning call a medical doctor and make this label available to him/her. Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, the registration holder does not warrant that it will be efficacious under all conditions, because the action and effect thereof may be affected by factors such as abnormal soil, climatic and storage conditions, quality of dilution water, compatibility with other substances not indicated on the label and the occurrence of resistance of the pest to the remedy concerned, as well as by the method, time and accuracy of application. The registration holder furthermore does not accept responsibility for damage to the environment or harm to man or animal, or for lack of performance of the remedy concerned due to failure of the user to follow the label instructions, or to the occurrence of conditions which could not have been foreseen in terms of the registration. Consult the supplier in the event of any uncertainty. PRECAUTIONS Do not inhale fumes or spray mist. Wear protective clothing (face shield, overall and rubber gloves) when handling the concentrate. Wash with soap and cold water after accidental skin contact. Take off contaminated clothing. Wash working clothes daily. If eyes are contacted, flush out at once with copious amounts of clean running water. Do not eat, drink or smoke when mixing or applying or before hands and face have been washed. Clean spray equipment after use and dispose of wash water where it will not contaminate crops, grazing, rivers or dams. Avoid drift of spray mist to other crops, grazing, rivers, dams and areas not under treatment. Destroy the empty container by perforating and flattening and never re-use for any other purpose. If the empty containers are burnt ensure that people or animals do not come into contact with the smoke or fumes. Prevent contamination of food, feedstuffs, eating utensils and drinking water. All holes drilled in the building must after treatment be plugged and filled with a suitable sealant. Locate all heating pipes, ducts and water and sewer lines before applying mixture to avoid puncturing and injection into these structural elements. SYMPTOMS OF HUMAN POISONING Vomiting, agitation and seizures.

3 FIRST AID Ingestion: Rinse mouth and drink lots of water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately. Eye contact: Wash with copious amounts of clean running water for at least 15 minutes with the eyelids held open. Get medical attention. Inhalation: Remove the patient from source of contamination to fresh air and keep at rest. Seek medical attention. Skin contact Wash with copious amounts of cold water and soap. Should irritation develop, seek medical attention. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN Treat symptomatically and give supportive therapy. There is no known specific antidote. If ingested perform gastric lavage and administer activated charcoal. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use only as directed AGADI TERMITE 350 SC is recommended as a soil treatment for the control of subterranean wood destroying termites. All applications must conform to the requirements of SANS 10124: Mixing instructions Half fill the spray tank with water. Add the required volume of AGADI TERMITE 800 WG to a small amount of water and mix thoroughly ensuring that all the granules are dissolved before adding this mixture to the spray tank while agitating thoroughly. Fill the spray tank with water while continuously agitating. Do not allow tank mixture to settle. Tank mixtures with other chemicals must be used within six hours of preparation. APPLICATION RATES Use Dosage Remarks Soil application prior to erection of buildings to prevent infestation. 32 g/ 100 l water Apply the mixture to ensure a continuous protective layer of the building s floor plan. Overall treatment. Apply as an overall drench to soil under floor area (suspended floors) at 5 l mixture per square metre. Use the higher rate on heavier soils and for areas such as along the outside of foundation walls, around utility entrances and interior partition walls. Foundation and service trenches. Apply to bottom of foundation and service trenches, and to soil on both sides of outer foundation walls at 3-6 l mixture per linear metre (trench treatment). The insides of the foundation walls must be thoroughly treated. All trenches entering the building to accommodate sewers, water pipes, and electric cables must be

4 Applications to existing buildings 32 g/ 100 l water treated for their full length inside the building. The inside of cavity walls must also be treated. Concrete floors. Apply after the ground has been filled but before casting of concrete slab at the rate of 5 l mixture per square metre. Apply the highest rate if the filling is gravel. Ensure that the soil along the whole length of the foundation walls is thoroughly treated. Foundations (trench treatment). Dig a trench (150 mm wide and 450 mm deep) around the exterior perimeter of the foundations and apply the mixture to the bottom of the trench at a rate of 3-6 l mixture per 1.3 linear metre, depending on the depth of the foundation. The trench should not be deeper than the bottom of the foundation. Backfill the trench with soil that has been treated with the mixture. Treat 3-6 metre sections at a time. Suspended floors. Where possible treat similarly as described above, along the inside of the outer foundation walls (trench treatment). Concrete floors. Drill holes (approximately 1 metre apart) through floor adjacent to outer foundation wall and flood soil below by injecting 7,5 l of the mixture per hole. Seal the holes with mortar once the mixture has drained away.

Die werking en doeltreffendheid daarvan kan beïnvloed word deur faktore soos abnormale grond, klimaats- en bergingstoestande, kwaliteit van die verdunningswater, verenigbaarheid met ander stowwe wat nie op die etiket aangedui word nie en die voorkoms van weerstand van die plaag teen die betrokke middel sowel as die tyd en akkuraatheid van toediening. Verder aanvaar die registrasiehouer nie verantwoordelikheid vir skade aan die omgewing of nadelige invloede op mens of dier of vir n gebrek aan prestasie van die betrokke middel as gevolg van versuim van die gebruiker om etiketaanwysings na te kom, of as gevolg van die ontstaan van toestande wat nie kragtens die registrasie voorsien kon word nie. Raadpleeg die verskaffer in die geval van enige onsekerheid. VOORSORGMAATREËLS Moet nie dampe of spuitnewel inasem nie. Dra beskermende klere (gesigskerm, oorpak en rubberhandskoene) wanneer konsentraat hanteer word. Was dadelik met koue water en seep indien dit per ongeluk met vel in aanraking kom,. Trek besoedelde klere uit. Was werksklere daagliks. In geval van oogkontak spoel dadelik uit met groot hoeveelhede skoon lopende koue water. Moet nie eet, drink of rook gedurende vermenging of toediening of voordat hande en gesig gewas is nie. Maak spuitapparaat skoon na gebruik en gooi waswater weg waar dit nie gewasse, weiding, riviere of damme sal besoedel nie. Vernietig leё houer deur gate in te maak en plat te slaan. Moet nooit leё houer vir enige ander doeleindes gebruik nie. Indien leё houers deur brand vernietig word moet mense en diere nie in aanraking met rook of dampe kom nie. Verhoed besoedeling van voedsel, voer, drinkwater en eetgerei. Na behandeling moet alle gate wat in die gebou geboor is, opgevul en verseёl word met n geskikte verseёlaar. Stel die ligging vas van alle verwarmings-, water-, riool- en ander pype vas voor toediening om die perforasie en inspuiting van die mengsel daarin te voorkom. SIMPTOME VAN MENSLIKE VERGIFTIGING Braking, angstigheid en stuipe.

6 EERSTEHULP Inname: Spoel mond uit en drink groot hoeveelhede water. Moet nie braking induseer nie. Kry onmiddellik mediese behandeling. Oogkontak: Was oё uit met groot hoeveelhede skoon lopende water vir ten minste 15 minute terwyl die ooglede oopgehou word. Kry mediese behandeling. Inaseming: Verwyder pasiёnt vanuit besoedelingsgebied na vars lug en hou pasiёnt rustig. Kry mediese behandeling. Velkontak: Was met groot hoeveelhede koue water en seep. Indien irritasie sou ontwikkel moet mediese behandeling verkry word. NOTA AAN GENEESHEER Behandel simptomaties met ondersteunende terapie. Daar is geen spesifieke teenmiddel nie. Indien ingesluk, voer gastriese spoeling uit en administreer geaktiveerde koolstof. GEBRUIKSAANWYSINGS: Gebruik alleenlik soos voorgeskryf. AGADI TERMITE 800 WG word aanbeveel as n grondbehandeling vir die beheer van ondergrondse houtvernietigende termiete. Alle toedienings moet voldoen aan die vereistes van SANS 10124: Vermenging Vul die spuittenk halfvol met water. Voeg die benodigde hoeveelheid AGADI TERMITE 800 WG vooraf by n klein hoeveelheid water en meng deeglik. Maak seker dat al die korrels opgelos is voordat dit by die spuittenk gevoeg word. Die inhoud van die spuittenk moet voortdurend geroer word terwyl die voorafmengsel bygevoeg word. Vul die spuittenk met water tot die verlangde volume terwyl geroer word. Moet nie die tenkmengsel laat uitsak nie. Tenkmengsels met ander chemikalieё moet binne ses ure van voorbereiding gebruik word. TOEDIENINGSHOEVEELHEDE Gebruik Dosis Opmerkings Grondtoediening 32g Dien die mengsel toe vir n aaneenlopende voor oprigting van /100 l water beskermende laag van die gebou se vloerplan. geboue om Algehele behandeling. Die binneste fondamentwalle moet deeglik behandel word.. Betonvloere. Dien toe nadat die grond opgevul is maar voordat die betonblad gegiet is teen n dosis van 5 l

7 Toedienings aan bestaande geboue 32g /100 l water mengsel per vierkante meter. Gebruik die hoёr dosis indien met gruis opgevul word. Die grond langs die algehele lengte van die fondamentmure moet deeglik behandel word. Fondamente (slootbehandeling). Grawe n voor (150 mm wyd en 450 mm diep) rondom die buitenste omtrek van die fondament en dien die mengsel toe aan die bodem van die voor teen 3-6 l mengsel per 1.3 liniêre meter toe, afhangende van die diepte van die fondament. Die voor moet nie dieper as die onderkant van die fondasie wees nie. Hervul die voor met grond wat met die mengsel behandel is. Behandel 3-6 meter seksies op n slag. Hangvloere. Waar moontlik moet die binnekant van die buitenste fondamentmure soos hierbo beskryf, behandel word (slootbehandeling). Betonvloere. Boor gate (ongeveer 1 meter van mekaar) in die vloer, aangrensend aan die buitenste fondamentmure, en giet 7.5 l mengsel in elke gat. Verseel die gat met messelklei sodra die mengsel weggesak het.
