4 Relevant Skills and Professional Experience PROGRAM SUPERVISION: As a senior therapist of intensive (30-45 hours per week) home-based ABA programs, my responsibilities have included: Experience developing and delivering comprehensive training programs/ workshops to beginning and advanced ABA/DTT therapists and parents. Working effectively with a wide range of ages and ability levels of children with autism: Providing on-going clinical training and supervision to ABA therapists, through: Developing the program curriculum and writing of programs; Developing data sheets for various programs. ABA LEAD THERAPIST: As lead therapist in an intensive (40 hours/week) home based ABA programs for 2.0 years, my responsibilities included: providing 8 hours of ABA/VB therapy 5 days a week working with parents, and a clinical supervisor to complete the ABLLS; using the ABLLS to help develop program objectives; maintaining program records, analyzing data and reviewing therapist paperwork developing strategies for reducing problem behaviours; ensuring skills are maintained and generalized Education and Training Completed the Introduction to ABA course at Algonquin College, Ottawa Ontario B.A. in Psychology Graduated April 2003, Ottawa University, Ottawa, Ontario.
