OBJECTIVE: To prove the effects of chicken egg-white extrcts with different components on the prolifertion, cell cycle nd poptosis of 293T cells. METHODS: An ultrfiltrtion unit ws used to seprte chicken egg-white extrcts into different components tht were > ku, < ku, > 3 ku nd < 3 ku to co-culture with cells for 3 dys. Then, cell prolifertion, cell cycle nd cell poptosis were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Chicken egg-white extrct components of < ku nd < 3 ku could promote cell prolifertion, increse the percentge of S-phse cells nd reduce the percentge of poptosis. In conclusion, chicken egg-white extrct components tht re < ku nd < 3 ku cn promote cell prolifertion, s well s increse the percentge of S-phse cells nd reduce poptosis percentge.
