5 A INTRODUCTION This annual report of new cancer registered in The National Cancer Institute is the hospital base report. The Topographic and The Morphologic code of cancer are based on The International Classificaiton of Disease for Oncology, Third Edition. It is hope that the data many be useful for those who are interest in oncology and those faculty member who are planning for human resource, personal development and research on oncology. This report has been made possible by the collaboration of all departments in the hospital.
