5 Plant lipases Advantages They are available from natural sources (easy accessibility). Low cost and high substrate specificity. 21 Esterification Germinated Rape Seeds Flavor and fragrance esters: used in food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and personal care industries.
