For high-speed separations we recommend the porous, silica-based TSK-GEL Super Series and the nonporous, polymeric NPR columns. For greater stability at high ph or to benefit from alternative selectivities, we recommend either the silica-based 80T S columns or polymer-based TSK-GEL columns. TSK-GEL 80T S columns are stable up to ph 7.5. The best peak shapes for basic compounds and extra retention and selectivity for polar compounds are obtained with the recently introduced TSKgel ODS-00V and TSKgel ODS-00Z Reversed Phase Columns. In order to improve the efficiency of resin screening experiments, pre-packed ToyoScreen columns, containing the most popular Toyopearl resins, now provide a low cost, convenient way to evaluate different Toyopearl ligands. The ToyoScreen Series are for ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction and affinity chromatography. The system consists of a set of six ml or 5 ml cartridge columns to be mounted in a holder.
