The reaction leads to form 8-Hydroxyquinoline; the excess of 2-Amino Phenol is removed by distillation. The residual mass diluted with water and ph adjusted with C S Lye followed by filtration and washing. The wet cake dried to obtain product 8-Hydroxyquinoline [8- HQ] CHEMICAL REACTION: PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM:
3. 2,3 DICHLORO PHENOL [2,3 DCP]: PROCESS DESCRIPTION: 2,3Dichloro Aniline [2,3 DCA] is converted to its diazonium compound with Nitrosyl Sulfuric Acid in presence of Sulfuric Acid. The reaction is carried out under very controlled condition of temperature. The Diazonium salt formed is further subjected to acidic hydrolysis leading to formation of the product 2,3Dichloro Phenol. The product formed is isolated by means of distillation. CHEMICAL REACTION: PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM:
4. 3, 4 DICHLORO PHENOL [3,4 DCP]: Process Description: 3,4Dichloro Aniline [3,4 DCA] is converted to its diazonium compound with Nitrosyl Sulfuric Acid in presence of Sulfuric Acid. The reaction is carried out under very controlled condition of temperature. The Diazonium salt formed is further subjected to acidic hydrolysis leading to formation of the product 3,4Dichloro Phenol. The product formed is isolated by means of distillation. CHEMICAL REACTION: PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM:
5. MONOGLYCERIDES PROCESS DESCRIPTION: Monoglycerides are a class of glycerides which are composed of a molecule of glycerol linked to a fatty acid. Monoglycerides are produced biologically or industrially. They are naturally present at very low level in seeds. They are synthesized by enzymatic triglyceride. Production is primarily achieved by a glycerolysis reaction between Triglycerides and glycerol. CHEMICAL REACTION: + -H2O Glycerol 92 Fatty Acid 200 Monoglyceride 274 PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM:
6. ACETIC ANHYDRIDE PROCESS DESCRIPTION: Acetic anhydride is two stage process. First, charge acetic acid and phosphorus Pentachloride in reactor for preparation of acetic chloride. Generated Phosporyl chloride with hydrochloric acid separated from acetyl chloride, dry it and sell it to authorize vendor After mixing, carryout acetic chloride in reactor and add acetic acid for mixing. After completion of reaction, filter product and pack it. CHEMICAL REACTION: PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM:
7. ACETEM PROCESS DESCRIPTION: Acetem is an organic compound. It is produced by esterification of monoglycerides and acetic anhydride. CHEMICAL REACTION: Sodium acetate anhydrous + + CH 3COOH Monoglyceride 176 Acetic Anhydride 102 Acetem 218 Acetic Acid 60 PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM:
8. ETHYL ACETATE PROCESS DESCRIPTION: Ethyl acetate is organic compound. It is colorless with sweet smell. Ethyl acetate is the ester of acetic acid and ethanol. Ethyl acetate is synthesized in industry mainly via the classic Fischer esterification reaction of ethanol and acetic acid. The reaction can be accelerated by acid catalysis and the equilibrium can be shifted to the right by removal of water. CHEMICAL REACTION: CH3CH2OH + CH3COOH CH3COOCH2CH3 + H2O Ethanol Acetic Acid Ethyl Acetate Water PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM:
