1 Executive Summary Mahavir Synthesis Pvt. Ltd (MSPL) is located at block no 304B & 305, Sachin-Magdalla Road, GIDC, Sachin, Surat. MSPL was founded in 1975 (earlier known as Mahavir Dye Chem & Mahavir Intermediates) and engaged in manufacturing and exports of dye intermediates and different chemicals to multinationals companies in USA, Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Brazil and Mexico. It has existing manufacturing plant with the capacity of 290 MT/month which includes production of Aryl Sulfonamides, Pyrazolones, condensation products, aryl sulfonic acids, etc. MSPL proposes to expand the capacity of the plant to MT/Month by addition of new products to expand its product range and capacity. MSPL also proposes to set up state of the art technical facilities "GITTAR" for Environmental Research, Pilot Plant for Effluent Treatability Study, Training and Testing and analytical laboratory. These expansions shall be carried out at existing site, i.e., block no 304B & 305, GIDC Sachin, Chorasi, Surat MSPL (earlier Aqua Ace Acid & Intermediate Pvt Ltd, plot no 304-B and 305, GIDC, Sachin, Surat) obtained Environmental Clearance vied letter dated 9th January, MSPL then merged with Mahavir Intermediate, plot no 2430, GIDC, Sachin, an adjacent unit and owned by same promoter to form MSPL.
