Vafiadis, DDS Dr. Dean Vafiadis is the director and innovator of the Full Mouth Reconstruction Continuing Education Course at NYU Dental College since He received his dental degree and Prosthodontics specialty training at New York University College of Dentistry. He is currently the Director of the Full-Mouth Rehabilitation CE course at NYU. He is an Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. He has lectures nationally and abroad for NYU Continuing Education department. Dr. Vafiadis published and lectured on various topics such as Aesthetics, Implant designs, Computer restorations, Ceramic materials and Occlusion. He is the founder of the New York Smile Institute in NY. It is an educational center, full service laboratory and learning facility as well as a private practice location for a multi-specialty practice for Implant and Aesthetic Dentistry. Currently he is lecturing for the Continuing Education program at NYUCD for Dental Districts in US, Europe and Asia. He maintains his private practice Valentino Building near Rockefeller Center. Classi is the Clinical Director and Associate Professor for the Full Mouth Rehabilitation program at New York University College of Dentistry. He received his D.M.D degree in 1988 from Farleigh Dickson University College of Dentistry. He completed residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. He completed the Postgraduate Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics at NYUCD. He also completed a 2-year full-time Perio and Implantology residency at NYU. In 1993 he joined the Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at New York University as Clinical Assistant Professor. He is currently the Clinical Director of the Full Mouth Reconstruction at NYUCD. For over a decade he has been teaching how to diagnose and treat conventional as well as implant-supported full mouth reconstruction cases at this program. He has lectured nationally and internationally on implant prosthetics and has written in peer-reviewed journals. He did his GPR residency at the St. Barnabas Hospital. He then completed the certificate in Postgraduate Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics residency program at the Veteran Administration NYC. In 2001, he was invited to join the Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at New York University as Clinical Assistant Professor. After ten years at that department, he joined the NYU hand-on course "Full Mouth Reconstruction for General Practioners" in Linhart Continuing Dental Education at NYUCD. For the past six years, he has lectured on various topics related to FMR for GPs. Dr. Ngan is passionate about FMR, implant prosthodontics, implant surgery and would like to share his experience in this area.

He has been practicing restorative and cosmetic dentistry in the Langhorne-Yardley area for over 30 years. Dr. Smolen has elected to continue his education at the renowned Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. The Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study, NYU Dentistry's Continuing Education Program and the Piper Education and Research Center. His passion for Dentistry was reinvigorated when he met Dr. Dean Vafiadis. Encouraged with the vision of FMR, Dr. Edwin Tanpiengco enrolled and is one of the first graduates of the FMR program in NYU in The program brought a heightened level of dental excellence and financial gains. He is a family man with 2 children. He loves the aesthetic appeal of music, dance and all competitive sports. He also received the status of Master in a traditional Korean Martial Art called Hwa Rang Do. Dr. Login graduated from Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Doctorate of Dental Medicine 1984 and Doctorate of Medical Science He is a Clinical Asst. Professor of Cariology and Comprehensive Care, Department of Restorative Dentistry at NYUCD. He is the Coordinator of Patient Care at the Full-mouth Reconstruction, CE Course at NYUCD. 8 CERAMICS, COLOR COMMUNICATION AND OCCLUSION TECHNIQUES Color Communication and Photogrpahy Feldspathic, Emax and Zirconia Materials Smile Design and Provisionals Preparation for Success and Occlusion OVD Peter Kouvaris, Oral Design, NYC MDT Steve Kim, WVeneer, NYC MDT Peter Kouvaris is a master ceramist with over 30 years experience, as well as a member of the prestigious Oral Design International Foundation. He has received academic achievement awards for his knowledge on implant dentistry and is widely considered to be one of the foremost ceramists in the country, if not the world, by his peers. In addition to studying as an apprentice under the "master's master ceramist" Willi Geller, Peter has also studied under other highly regarded technologists such as Walter Gebhard and Claude Sieber. Over the last 20 years, the New York based ceramist has since transitioned from student to teacher, lecturing for world class institutes such as the International Aesthetic Advantage program led by Dr. Larry Rosenthal on shade taking, color, case sequencing, and material sciences along with ceramic and metal design. He is currently a faculty member of New York University's Continuing Education program lecturing on full mouth reconstruction. Steve Kim is the president of W Veneer Center.
