4 JEREMY HILLS DIRECTOR OF / NFL COMBINE Jeremy Hills is The Director of Sports Performance. Jeremy founded The Factory (that would later merge with Onnit) to pursue his dream of training the best athletes in the nation and having them at their peak performance year in and year out. With training centered around longevity as well as performance; Hills distinct and unconventional methods have been featured on ESPN, FOX Sports, USA Today, and more. His passion for sports and dedication to perfecting the craft is what drives him to constantly push his athletes in that same manner he lives by. 5 SHAUN RUTHERFORD ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NFL COMBINE Shaun possesses a wealth of knowledge in the coaching and training arena. His experience as a collegiate athlete, as well as professional experience overseas, has afforded him with the opportunity to learn from the best. Ground-based bodyweight movements that would increase movement capacity and overall improve performance on the field or court. Using specific mobility techniques, assess and act upon ones movement compensations. The same compensations that inflict future injury. 7

21 LONGEVITY AND PERFORMANCE ONNIT We focus not only on optimizing careers but extending them as well. Two of the greatest challenges a player faces is being able to move the way he needs to perform at the highest level, and staying injury free. In establishing proper movement mechanics, we will ensure that the athlete can access the ranges of motion needed to fully express his strength, speed, and agility. Onnit s approach to doing so, however, will give him the tools to remain durable while performing at that level to sustain the many punishing seasons and, more importantly, stay healthy through the course of a successful career. 21

ROBERT KILLEBREW PT,DPT, PHYSICAL THERAPIST During PT school Dr. Killebrew traveled to several different clinical settings including the esteemed Gears Physical Therapy clinic in Chicago, IL where he worked closely with Dr. Aaron Snyder, PT, DPT, ATC, CFMT. His experience has given him a unique skill set, including the assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and performance enhancement of elite athletes. 23 DR. SAMUEL SNEED DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC Dr. Samuel Sneed is a native Texan and studied Biology while attending the University of Texas at Austin. He then continued his education at Parker College of Chiropractic. In addition to earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2008, he also received a Bachelor of Science in both Human Anatomy and Health and Wellness. Dr. Sneed specializes in the evaluation and treatment of athletes in regards to both pain and injury prevention, and has extensive experience including professionals from the NFL, NHL, MLB, and PGA tour. While we don t identify with one particular diet approach, we agree in the simple principle of consuming real foods grown using organic processes and high-quality proteins from animals raised on pastures and fed wholesome ingredients. A former personal chef, she translates her skills in the kitchen to recipe development, food styling, and built the organic, locally sourced menu for the Onnit Cafe & Smoothie Bar and Food Truck. Her knowledge and experience in holistic nutrition has allowed her to cook and support some of our professional and collegiate athletes. 30
