FITNESSGRAM /ACTIVITYGRAM 8.0 Activity and fitness assessment reporting, and personal physical activity tracking tool now more versatile than ever!

What is FITNESSGRAM/ACTIVITYGRAM8.0? Computerized tool, created by The Cooper Institute and based on rocksolid research, originally created 20+ years ago Allows schools to perform physical activity and fitness assessments on K-12 students Effectively reports results on the student, class, and school, or district level with networked versions of the software

What is FITNESSGRAM/ACTIVITYGRAM8.0? Uses Healthy Fitness Zones criterion referenced standards that have been carefully established for each age and gender by The Cooper Institute Scientific Advisory Board FITNESSGRAM/ACTIVITYGRAM 8.0 compares test dates and can track FITNESSGRAM results over the education lifecycle of the student

The three components of FITNESSGRAM/ACTIVITYGRAM8.0 FITNESSGRAM can be used as a pre-test in the fall, and a post-test in the spring ACTIVITYGRAM allows students to enter their activities over a two- or three-day period ACTIVITY LOG has students enter their pedometers steps or minutes of activity

Why is it important? The issues of child obesity and inactivity are serious problems for this country. State legislators, school board members, administrators, and parents want answers and results. FITNESSGRAM/ACTIVITYGRAM 8.0 addresses the hurdles of getting staff on board and obtaining district-wide data.
