Everyone is educated on the importance of proper nutrition and supplementation. Food logging is such a priority with every client because of the awareness it provides and the accountability it offers. Our new Trainers absolutely love the exercise programming tools within dotfit. They can create a long term training progression based on a proven training system, which allows them to sell programs, rather than just sessions. The biggest difference dotfit has made for us, however, is how our members and our community talks about us. We are becoming a true Health Club, rather than just a training center. The community knows that when they come to Gold s Gym, they can get everything they need all in one place their exercise, nutrition and supplementation and through their experiences with us, they know that what they get here actually works.
