3 Congress Rules 1. SBHCI is entitled to establish and make changes in the stands in case their format interferes with the exhibit distribution. 2. Choices which interfere with the formation of islands will not be accepted. 3. Adjustments to the final distribution of stands are an exclusive responsibility of SBHCI. 4. Basic assembly of the stands is not included in stands prices. 5. To participate in scientific activities, sponsors must have purchased at least one area equal or greater than 9m². 6. The number of contracted stands cannot be decreased. 7. Changes in the location of stands will be evaluated individually, after the end of the meeting and will not be allowed if they interfere with the flow of the exhibit. 8. The use of the contracted area is restricted to the contracting company as described in the agreement term delivered at the end of the meeting. 9. Classes and lectures are not allowed in the exhibit area. 10. Additional rules and recommendations will be specified in the Exhibitor Manual. 11. Discounts are given to payments made no later than February 28, 2019, regardless of the contract having been signed or not. 03

9 Live cases There will be two national cases within the same session, and each of them will last 45 minutes, totalling 90 minutes of transmission with the possibility of having one sponsor for each case. The operator and theme are defined by the sponsor in partnership with the Scientific Committee. SBHCI is responsible for full transmission costs. The sponsor must provide all of the materials required for the live case, from beginning to end.
