4 The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) is a professional community of clinicians specializing in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism committed to enhancing the ability of its members to provide the highest quality of patient care. AACE Members have specialized education and training focused on the practice of clinical endocrinology. 10 To take advantage of any of these additional marketing opportunities, a company must have a booth in the exhibit hall. MAILING LISTS ATTENDEE LIST 2019 Annual Meeting PRE- or POST-event registration mailing list rental: Reach out to Annual Meeting attendees directly before the event or after. This list includes all physicians and allied health professionals who attend the event, not just AACE members. 11 The product theaters offer a 45-minute (non-cme) forum to showcase an in-depth presentation on your company s latest products, area of interest or newest data. The theaters are located in the Exhibit Hall and are open to all attendees. There are up to THREE product theaters running simultaneously. 12 CONFIRMATION LETTER Upon completion of your purchase, AACE will issue a letter confirming your selected items/contributions. If an additional letter of agreement is required for the item selected (i.e., Product Theaters), it will be included with confirmation letter. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND INVOICES PAYMENT OPTIONS Payment information and instructions are included in the online store for Exhibit Space Purchases and Sponsorship Opportunities. Credit card payments are preferred and are easily accepted in the online stores. If you prefer to pay by check, an invoice will be sent to you. Upon receipt of invoice, payment terms are net 30 days.
