2 District Partnership Group Annual Plan The District Partnership Group meets 4 times a year. We meet at different venues within the Are. We have around 30 people attend our meetings. We have people with learning disabilities, family carers, local voluntary organisations, and statutory services like the Police, nurses and Care managers attend the meetings. The meetings are based around the 5 Kent wide delivery group which are: Where I live What I do Good Health Becoming an Adult Keeping Safe/Advocacy
