7 and will be staging our first annual blanket- bee to make at least 250 cuddly warm blankets for kids in need this year. Aside from needing people to spread the word, we need volunteers to sew or help with sewing- related jobs, to bring a sewing machine, to donate plastic bags and boxes for finished blankets, and to offer other assistance. This is a 12 month 80% time position. The coordinator will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the AmeriCorps program including member and host site recruitment, training and support, collecting and evaluating data, and ensuring compliance with AmeriCorps regulations.
