Caring means lots of different things, it may include helping with household chores, helping a loved one to appointments, cheering someone up or keeping them company. Often people don t see themselves as. Living with someone or helping someone with a long term illness, disability, mental health illness, including depression or a problem with drink or drugs can affect us all in different ways.
