East Elmbridge: Please look at the calendar on pages 6 & 7 of this newsletter to find all the activities that Wellness With A Goal are offering. Mary Frances Trust will be holding its AGM in the evening of Thursday November 23 rd and it will be held at Ashtead Cricket Club, Woodfield Lane. Invites will be sent out shortly. The 10 th October is World Mental Health Day! - and Epsom Mental Health & Wellbeing Festival Week takes place between 7 th and 15 th October. There are so many activities planned through the week, do have a look through the timetable in this newsletter or go to for more details.
