Our position as Australasia s largest freeze drying operator ensures prompt delivery of orders to your premises. Freeze drying is an advanced method of using vacuum as a control point while drying, whereby moisture is removed from the product while it remains frozen at low temperatures. This technology eliminates the risk of direct heat diminishing or deactivating critical bio-components. Aroma (NZ) Ltd uses batch freeze drying in which product integrity is further protected by sophisticated monitoring technology that maintains optimum vacuum/temperature balance and records the drying history of every batch. Freeze drying ensures product stability and preservation so it can be stored safely for many years without quality loss. Aroma (NZ) Ltd has state of the art automated milling facilities offering customers a wide range of mesh specifications and ultra fine powders. 5 Green Shell Mussel Powder (Perna Canaliculus) Product Description From the unpolluted waters of New Zealand, green shell mussels are harvested and processed in their pure natural state. The species Perna Canaliculus is only found in New Zealand which makes this product very unique.
