2 Model Health and Wellness in the Community An Introduction into Contemporary Diet and Nutrition Contemporary diet and nutrition, can easily be defined as the knowledge and understanding of one s well-being. This understanding in concerning health and health related issues, in a modern and contemporary society should be the key. Health science can be defined as an understanding of one s overall health and nutritional values involving circumstances as it relates to that of health and health related issues.

3 Understanding the Principles of Vitamins Vitamins has always been a key component in the development and understanding towards the concept of health and fitness. The old saying you are what you eat, involves the very same understanding. Areas involving our relationship, to health and wellness as well as a well balance lifestyle.

4 The Role Vitamins Play in Providing Energy for the Cell Vitamins and Nutrients plays a vital role, not just as a means of providing energy to cells. Nutrients also assists in the order to maintain and create a balance. Nutrition assist in key components of the body in order to make cells stronger. It is these Vitamins and Vitamin Supplements that acts as a substitute when normal nutriment cannot be achieved.

5 Vitamins as Nutrients Several vitamins and supplements contains nutritional values used to coordinate and organize, a complete order for the function of creating a sustainable energy. Energy that aids in assisting in the development of cell structure and maintaining the body ability to maintain balance.

6 Fiber Supplements One such vitamin or vitamin supplements would be a supplement for increasing the level of fiber content to include, but not limited to fiber vegetables, omega-3 fatty acids.

7 High Fiber Content High fiber content and its relationship to constipation and that of cardiovascular disease. As noted in several medical journals involving diet. Fiber has been proven to be that of a stress reducer. Stress that has been observed in patients with constipation, as well as in those with colorectal cancer, cardiovascular disease and other chronic illnesses associated with constipation. Supplements rich in Omega and Fiber content can be a proven assess.

8 Vitamins and Vitamin Content Certain foods rich in fiber can somehow reduce conditions within the digestive track and eliminate certain stress related conditions. Vitamin Supplements acts as this substitute to assist in creating a sustainable means in assisting the process of digestion.

9 conclusion The concept of vitamins and supplements involved in my presentation, involves all facets of health and wellness. However, certain vitamins that assist in fiber can somehow reduce conditions within the digestive track and eliminate certain stress related conditions. Having been raised in the Southern part of the United States of America and growing up with traditional foods from that region. Myself, some time consuming foods rich in cholesterol, as well as large amounts of sodium and sugar. Adding to the fact, a history of colorectal cancer within my family. Jeff Walls
