Welcome and introductions Dr. Murshidi, IPHN chaired the meeting. The meeting started with a round of introduction at 2.45 PM. 2. 2 Update on Results of the Nutrition Assessment in Cox NCC Done Follow up with Nutrition Sector data to include Screening results, new admissions a segregation of data by gender NCC Done Complete the Nutrition Partners Mapping IMO Not done due to lack of feedback Discussion: - The Nutrition Cluster Coordinator Informed Cluster Partners that the Cluster IMO will re-send the mapping template for partners to report on the different Nutrition sensitive activities that they are doing. 3. Update on F75 and F100 National Stock Status and Reporting Dr. Murshidi, IPHN briefed NC members the update on F75 and F100 National Stock Status and Reporting. Key updates; - There are adequate supplies of Therapeutic Milks in CMSD Stores and there is no foreseen pipeline break carton of F75 and 1,362 Cartons of F100 are available at CMSD carton F75 and 94 Cartons of F100 have been distributed to the different SAM Facilities around the country including Cox s Bazaar. Discussion - NCC expressed concern that most partners and health facilities were reporting pipeline breaks of Therapeutic Milks. She encouraged Partners to timely report on utilization of Therapeutic Milks and to make timely requests and follow up through their respective Civil Surgeon - NCC requested Partners to share training needs for new F75 and F100 reconstitution through the IOM 4. Rohingya Response Update - Nutrition Action Week and SMART Survey 4.1. Nutrition Action Week for the Rohingya Response-UNICEF Expected results of NAW: - To reach at least 80% of 220,946 children aged th months with vitamin A capsules, - To reach 80% of 118,427 children aged months with deworming tablets - To conduct screening for 176,756 children aged th months and refer malnourished children for nutrition treatment programme - To provide information on important breastfeeding practices and appropriate feeding practices Achievement Ministries, agencies and Partners who participated and Contributed to the exercise include Ministry of Health, UNICEF, WFP, SHED, ACF, Concern WW, ACF, CARE, SARPV, BRAC, PHD and World Vision Page 2

SMART surveys conducted at CXB for Rohingya Response. The below surveys were conducted by ACF with support from CDC in Cox Bazaar Kutupalong Refugee Camp Oct 22 nd - 28 th 2017 Makeshift and Spontaneous Settlements Oct 29 th - Nov 20 th 2017 Nayapara Refugee Camp Nov 20 th - 27 th 2017 Discussion: - GAM Rates were 24.3% in Kutuplaong Registered Camp, 19.3% in Makeshift and Spontaneous Camps and 14.3% in Nayapara Registered Camps. Complete table of results is annexed to this report - ACF will share the final report by January SMART survey for Kurigram- TDH TDH was not present in the meeting but shared feedback over to IMO Page 3
4 TDH completed SMART survey in Barguna district. Preliminary results to be shared next week. In Kurigram district, SMART survey is ongoing, hopefully the report will be ready by end of the month to share. 6. AOB IPHN has sent a letter on IYCF practice and breast milk substitute to DG AFD, DC- CXB, Civil.
