1 Cornelio Gonzalez, Ph.D. Executive Director TO: FROM: SUBJECT: Region One Purchasing Cooperative (ROPC) Members Lori Atwood Ramos, MBA, RD Purchasing Coordinator Region One Purchasing Cooperative Duplicating Paper and Binder Tabs Proposal , Extension DATE: December 16, 2014 On February 21, 2012 the Region One Education Service Center Board of Directors met to review and approve the recommendations for the Region One Purchasing Cooperative Duplicating Paper and Binder Tabs Proposal , effective February 21, 2012 through February 28, On November 25, 2013 the Region One Education Service Center Board of Directors met to review and approve the recommendations of the Region One Purchasing Cooperative (ROPC), acting on behalf of its members, to exercise the first of two extension options for available for Duplicating Paper and Binder Tabs Proposal , effective March 1, 2014 through February 28, On December 16, 2014 the Region One Education Service Center Board of Directors met to review and approve the recommendations of the ROPC, acting on behalf of its members, to exercise the final oneyear extension option available for Duplicating Paper and Binder Tabs Proposal This proposal allows Region One ESC and its cooperative members to procure duplicating paper and binder tabs at the best value from qualified vendors. The current awarded vendors were offered, and accepted, the opportunity to extend their contract for an additional one (1) year period with the exception of Ikon Office Solutions, who existed the paper business; the term of this contract extension is effective March 1, 2015 through February 29, The following five (5) vendors are awarded: Duplicating Paper and Binder Tabs Proposal : Effective March 1, 2015 February 29, 2016 with no remaining extension options Acculink, Greenville, NC; Gulf Coast Paper, Brownsville, TX; KC Advertising Specialties, McAllen, TX; Quill.com, Lincolnshire, IL; Western-BRW, Austin, TX.
