They know the difference between an apple and a piece of apple pie, between going out dancing or watching Dancing with the Stars! But knowing the information isn't acting on the information. Something gets in the way and that something often is chronic stress. In this program, Joe Piscatella provides practical solutions to overcoming stress as a barrier to making healthy changes that last a lifetime. 8:30pm 8:45pm Wrap-up and Evaluation Local Red Wine and Networking 4
