Kolb Centre, Peel Regional Police Mental Health and Stigma in Policing: Invisible Elephants WELCOME TO THE 2015 OACP Symposium The OACP Diversity Committee and Peel Regional Police are hosting their 4th training symposium on October 29-30, 2015 to assist all Ontario Police Services working in Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention. The symposium will provide delegates with a review of the challenges and opportunities presented to us in the evolving circumstances around mental health, occupational safety, and support of the human capital police services greatly invest in and truly depend upon in the Province of Ontario. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? It is recommended that front line, managers, and executive dealing with Diversity, Human Resources, Community Liaison, Professional Standards, Risk Management, Wellness and Occupational Safety and Quality Assurance in policing organizations attend the two day symposium.
