The voting in 1963: BRAZOS COUNTY: Justice Precinct No.5, Brazos County, on March 9, 1963, voted. 75 for the legal sale of au alcoholic beverages a::ld 67 a gainst the legal sale of all alcohoec beverages. This Precinct was Ilwet" for the sale of beerbefore the election was held and became llwet fl for the sale of all alcoholic beverages. Justice Precinct No. 6, Brazos COW1ty, on December 7, 1963, voted 73 for the legal sale of beer for off premise consumption only and 63 against the legal sale of beerior off premise consumption only. Collie of the 91st District Court, Eastland County, has ruled that the election held March 23, 1963, to legalize the sale of all alcoholic beverages for off premise consumption only in the Incorporated City of Ranger, Eastland County, to be null and void. -35
