14 (C) Additional Information The following elements were used during discussions between Regional Directors, Assistant Regional Directors, Planners, Budget Director, Budget Analysts and Deputy Director when determining funding recommendations. Final funding decisions were determined by the Division Director. Audit results Total number of offenders served deobligations from previous bienniums carryover amounts from previous year Previous funding Action Plans and results Priorities determined by CJAD Consideration will be given to the programs to be funded, any reductions in funding and the impact of the recommendations on each department as a whole as well as the impact on community supervision across the state.
