The abstract number also appears next to each presentation title in the program book for easy reference. Abstract No. PREVIEW ROOM In order to avoid any delay caused by switching computers and potential compatibility problem during presentations, the Scientific Committee provides a standard A/V system for computer projection for all speakers. To ensure smooth transition between speakers and appropriate A/V technical support, the committee requests that speakers need not bring their own laptops to connect to the LCD projector during sessions, but visit the preview room beforehand with their CD/USBs and upload the presentation file to the system. The preview room is located at the lower lobby of the Wedding Center in the venue. Speakers are requested to check and register their presentation files at least 4 hours before the session start. Speakers who have lectures early in the morning must check and submit their files on the day before. A podium and microphone will be provided for speakers as well. Floor microphones are available in each session room for participants who wish to join discussions during Q-and-A s.
