Non-AAKF Members will pay additional $40 to fees listed. All current USA Team Members can participate free of charge.

Examination fees are according to AAKF fee schedule and these are in addition to seminar participation fees. AAKF Board of Directors Meeting on Friday the 17 th at 12PM Technical Committee Meeting on Friday the 17 th at 5PM Cost AAKF Members Early Bird Registration by March 31: $120 for the whole seminar, $70 per day, $40 per session AAKF Members after March 31 or at the door: $150 for the whole seminar, $80 per day, $50 per session Non-AAKF Members will add $40 to above fees. Unofficial Events Welcome Training Thursday, April 16 th 20:00-21:00 If you arrive Thursday afternoon, there will be an adult karate class at VMAC at 8PM and everyone is welcome to attend, free of charge. Sayonara Party Saturday, April 18 th 18:00~ Saturday after the tests, stay at the dojo and hang out, enjoy pizzas, BBQ and some drinks courtesy of VMAC! NOTE: Parking around VMAC is very limited. Most street parking is 2-hour max on Friday and Saturday, free on Sunday only. 3

I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries and/or losses that I may sustain or incur while attending, participating or while traveling to and from the above event. I hereby waive all claims against the AAKF Western Region, the AAKF Board of Directors, the officers and members of the AAKF, VMAC, the management, promoters, instructors, students and volunteers, individually or otherwise, for any injuries, damages, losses or death that I may sustain. If I am injured while participating in the above-mentioned event, I give permission to the above-mentioned party to provide medical and/or athletic training attentions, emergency medical services and transportation to any facility as warranted. Immediate medical attention will be of First Aid treatment only and I fully waive all claims for injuries or damages, which may result from such treatment and rehabilitation that may result from injuries sustained from my participation in this event. I further consent that my pictures furnished by me or any pictures or video taken of me in connection with the above event can be used for publicity, promotion, television and commercial use, and I waive compensation in regard thereto.
