This innovative event will offer a platform for interactive discussion to different specialists having an interest in the management of PFD. All those who work in this area appreciate the complexity and the tight interconnection of symptoms and functional disorders that characterize PFD. This is why we have decided to organize this new type of event, that will convene the foremost world experts within all the specialties, with a setting where discussion and interaction will be the primary goal. 8 8 SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION PFD Congress CALL FOR CASES The Organizing Committee invites you to submit a clinical case to the Multidciplinary PFD Congress. All cases must be submitted from 30 th June, 2017 and be received by 15 th September 2017 through the Online Submission System available at the congress website. Cases will be reviewed by the scientific committee and reviewing results will be announced both online and via , in form of notice of acceptance/rejection to corresponding authors. If your clinical case is approved, you must be registered at the congress in order to present your paper. Reduced registration fee will apply to case presenters after early bird deadline. Instructions Please read the instructions carefully before submitting your clinical case. Please note that submitted cases not complying with such requirements will be rejected. Please contact the scientific secretariat at pfd@pfdcongress.org or visit the Congress website for more detailed information. Notifications Notification regarding acceptance/rejection will be made available online and mailed individually to corresponding authors in a short while, however by 30 September, If you do not receive any notification regarding your abstract submission by this deadline, please send an to pfd@pfdcongress.org Clinical case reward The awards will be announnced at the Closing Session.

9 9 GENERAL INFORMATION UEMS accreditation UEMS application has been filed and is currently under evaluation for Surgeons, Gynaecologists, Urologists, Neurologists and Physiatrists. Italian CME Accreditation This Congress is accredited for 150 participants: Physicians (Surgeons, Gynaecologists, Urologists, Neurologists and Physiatrists). Italian CME credits assignment is subject to: proof of attendance 90% of the event, return of the event evaluation form and positive outcome of the final evaluation test, for which each participant shall answer properly at 75% of the proposed questions.
