The goal, we are aiming for, is bringing you to a new healthy lifestyle that will accompany you over time through a personalized path designed for you. Our sports training DNA and our coaches skills have been developed and enhanced over a 30-year experience with international professional athletes. We will warmly welcome you in our center where you ll have the possibility to talk to a technical consultant in a face to face interview. We ll suggest and support you to reach a new lifestyle, analyzing your health status through tests and medicalscientific supports, for your general health. The objective is to transform your current life habits, thanks to the help of our wellness professionals, by starting a precise and personalized program of body therapy, based on a daily check and monitoring of the treatment, always respecting the person s uniqueness Our "remise en forme" includes a first interview with the nutritionist endocrinologist who will decide the food menu together with our chef, in order to respect the right rules of a correct nutrition to reach the final result, remaining always pleasant to the palate. In our fitness rooms you ll be followed by a personal coach who will teach you the most appropriate physical exercises and will accompany you in outdoor trainings with walks and runs in the green park. Several breathing, muscle lengthening, flexibility and proprioceptive techniques will correct your posture. Our holistic room will create the right atmosphere to relax, through breathing techniques, autogenic training and meditation. Aesthetic and physiotherapeutic massages will complete your journey in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Every care is based on the detoxification of the body and the mind to reach the best shape. 2
