2 Who are we? Founded in 2013, Nawal Haddad Fitness has reached a following of over locally. With a team of dedicated and experienced fitness instructors, Nawal Haddad Fitness has fulfilled some of Singapore s most successful companies with their services and event management expertise. At it s core, Nawal Haddad Fitness aims to bring fitness related services to both public and corporate sectors by providing various fitness programs regionally. The company s mission is to encourage healthy living and propel each individual into a better, more healthy lifestyle. 2
3 Our Founder Nawal Alhaddad A graduate from the school of life sciences, Nawal Alhaddad excelled in sports and academics. She is also a certified Bellydance Fitness, Piloxing & Zumba instructor. She started this lifestyle business with a firm intention to inculcate Fitness into the daily lives of empowered individuals. She believes that our lives should be a journey into keeping ourselves healthy and able-bodied through our progressive years. She aspires to grow Nawal Haddad Fitness organically and have continuous loyalty to her clients. 3
4 Our Services Fitness Programs Our instructors hold qualifications/certificates in their relevant field. Yoga This series of classes is designed to introduce students to the practice of yoga. The practice will focus on developing your strength, balance and flexibility as well the safe techniques and alignments in the yoga asanas (poses). Pranayama (breathing exercises) can also be included to encourage an air of calmness. These basic techniques will help build a strong core foundation. Zumba Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training such as squats and lunges. This program is definitely a crowd favorite! Piloxing Piloxing is a cardio workout that combines standing pilates, boxing and dance. The workout is formatted into intervals to maximize calorie burn, muscle toning & improve cardiovascular health. It is performed barefoot to better execute the moves and reap the benefits of the original disciplines. Pre-natal Yoga We encourage mummies to stay heathy even whilst pregnant. Prenatal yoga builds strength, stamina and endurance. We introduce postures to improve circulation, and breathing techniques to encourage the body to relax. Our approach is gentle but at the same time beneficial to better prepare welcoming their child into the world. Bollydazz With the sounds and sights of Bollywood, this 60-minute dance-based fitness workout program has ample benefits. It is fun, easy to follow and fully adaptable to every body type and fitness level. This program includes abdominal, glute and core work, plus cardio and weight training to provide a range of strengthening, stretching, balancing and core exercises. Bellydance Fitness Bellydance Fitness is an expressive fitness program that focuses movements of the torso. NHF conducts their bellydance fitness classes with a touch of cardio and drills, to ensure a all-around full body workout. At the same time, this art from celebrates gracefulness paired with hip drops and darbuka drum beats. 4
5 Our Services Standard Classes Corporate Classes/Events Join us in our weekly fitness classes where energy meets fun & dance, bringing you heaps of calorieloss and a good boost of endorphins! Nawal Haddad Fitness provides you a unique array of classes with all 4 dance disciplines available: Zumba, Bellydancing, Piloxing & Yoga! Intensity levels are suitable for beginners. These classes are for ladies-only and open to the public. Let us introduce our exercise programs to your staff, to create an amazing work environment! Sessions are customizable in terms of fitness intensity, duration, gender instructor preference, teaching style etc. Classes are open to both men and women. Studies show that staff members who are physically active on a regular basis record less sick days each year and are more energetic, dynamic and industrious.
