1 William G. Rohrer Center for HealthFitness December 2016 Employee of the Month Sara Seidman Congratulations to Sara on her Employee of the Month title for December! Sara works in the aquatics department as a lifeguard, and she ensures the pool deck is open every weekday at 5:00am. As an opener of the Center's pools, she is extremely reliable and trustworthy. Recently, Sara was able to evacuate all members from the pool area when the fire alarm was sounded. Thank you, Sara, for all of your hard work and dedication! 2 Member of the Month Mary Lee Walker Mary has been a member of the Rohrer Center for several years. Recently, she has completed our Next Step program and has continued to meet with personal trainer, Alex Lewis. She likes working out at Rohrer because it helps her feel better, and she always appreciates the staff keeping an eye on her during her workouts. Since committing to a regular routine at the Center, Mary feels like she is moving more fluidly and has increased her overall strength. Mary attends the gym twice per week, working with Alex. In addition to the staff at Rohrer, Mary's husband, Pete, motivates her to continue with her exercise routine. Mary enjoys using the Nu Step machine, but she understands that all the exercises in her routine are beneficial.
3 Boost Clinics Boost Clinics are new to the Rohrer Center this month! Join our fitness team to try new exercises without feeling intimidated. We know that sometimes you just need a little boost to help you move toward your fitness goals. Our new Boost Clinics will offer FREE information to get you on the right path. Each month, we will be offering different fitness topics in order to help you get more out of your workouts, so check out the schedule every month. Hope to see you there! My clients never repeat the same workout. I build upon every workout they complete and continue to challenge my clients with new exercises and workouts. I keep their workouts specific to their individual needs, fun yet challenging, and always research new exercises and training techniques so they are able to take advantage of the newest fitness research.
