Each individual member application is considered on the basis of known conduct in the hunting, shooting, and civilian world and their references. To be a member you must receive an invitation or follow our requirements for non-invited member applications. There are new methods to qualify to join this great organization. Please see the details contained on this site and in this information. Please know that all applicants are required to answer very specific and pointed questions to qualify for membership in this great organization. YOU MUST COMPLETE EVERYTHING HERE and pay all fees! 3 2018 NEW MEMBER REFERAL OR REFERENCE INFORMATION Every member of the World Championship Coyote Calling Contest (WCCCC ) is required to have an invitation from the WCCCC to join-no exceptions. Please review the following for methods to be approved for NEW membership in this great organization; 1. Have a sponsor who was an approved contestant in the WCCCC that has not been expelled from the event. We may ask you to provide the date, time, and place of your sponsors entry. Name and address of sponsor will be required. a. You must provide a written reference from a current or former WCCCC participant who knows clearly that if you are expelled they will be banned from future WCCCC events too- forever. 2. Provide a written recommendation from a qualified coyote hunting event that is wo elected Board Members. It must be on the clubs or organizations letter head and provable. 3. If you receive a current written invitation from the WCCCC organization inviting you to participate. 4. Be a member of an approved Club listed on the WCCCC website. Currently the Arizona Predator Callers (APC) members are automatically approved for membership. That APC membership must be noted on the application too. 5. Be a representative of a major WCCCC approved sponsor and have their written approval for your entry. This must be on company letterhead too. 6. Contact the WCCCC in writing ( is fine) and give us details of your back ground- who you are- and why you should be accepted as a new member. REFERENCE LETTER-to include the following; organization and contact information of author Name and Title of person writing letter Body of letter- Reference remarks to include that this person(s) are known to the writer, known and a member of the club or organization, something about the quality of the individual(s) It can be short. You are required to provide this information in YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS COMPLETED BIOGRAPHY! 5 TOTAL FOR MEMBERSHIP FEES- $ As a paid member you are allowed to enter ALL WCCCC events, activities, meetings, and gatherings at no cost. Some activities may require some fees ANNUAL DECEMBER ACTIVITY REGISTRATION FEES- Participation is free with paid membership! 1. Additional Annual Banquet tickets ($20.00 each) (List number ) $ 2. Payment is for both annual membership and all other activities including the Annual Event in December. I. CONTINUE REFERRING NEW MEMBERS AFTER PAYING MEMBERSHIP- 1. Each member can refer and bring as many new members (not including partner) as they wish knowing that they are responsible for that member and their conduct. If they are expelled the referring member will be expelled too. A credit of $12.50 per member will be credited to the members cost of the annual membership cost for that referring member. Any member paid in full and then bringing in new approved member(s) AFTER paying will still be credited the $12.50 per member and receive a refund of that $12.50 per new approved member. Proper documentation is required. ONCE COMPLETED PLEASE MAIL TO; P.O. Box 304, Dragoon, Arizona see deadlines) MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER FILING APPLICATION. FULL REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED FOR EVENTS, MEETINGS, ACTIVITIES, AND GATHERINGS RIGHT UP TO THE DAY OF REGISTRATION FOR THAT ACTIVITY. NEVER WORRY! II. MORE DETAILS ON FEES 1. Annual Membership to the WCCCC -Includes FREE entry fee for all activities, meetings, events, and gatherings for fully paid members. Includes quarterly newsletter when produced.-$ Reserve Membership Number - $5.00 per year (ask for at least three (3) to be safe.) No charge to former WCCCC World Champions. (you may buy/reserve as many years as you wish in advance). Page 5

6 3. Banquet Fee- One free ticket for the annual event included with Membe rship. Spouse/children/friend Banquet fee- $20.00 (no cost for each paid member) Former World Champion spouse/child/relative (one) is FREE-must have ticket(s). Please advise on your entry form if you have guests for the banquet. A child is 12 years old or younger. 4. Banquet Fee-Members children under the age of 12 (including 12) years of age.-free in Banquet-up to five (5) children. See above also. 5. Sponsor Banquet Fee-Depends on level of sponsorship. Gold and Platinum sponsors receive 2 free Banquet tickets. Additional Banquet tickets at regular price. Special arrangements can be made though. Call us. 6. Annual Go for Broke buyout option- New fun activity for the annual event in December. All members are required to participate. You are allowed to leave early and avoid delay if you pay the fee shown in advance. Call if you have questions. III. SPECIAL ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIP FEE DISCOUNTS- 1. Discount for renewing member- Less -$ Discount for renewing World Champions- Less - $12.50 (each time won) 3. Discount for approved members who sponsor a new and approved member LESS -$12.50 for each member recommended and accepted. There is no maximum number of members you can bring either. 4. Discount for renewing Triple Crown Winner- LESS - $25.00 (Winner of the Nationals, The Midwestern, and the WCCCC all in the same year.) 5. Special discount for qualified permanently disabled participants- $50.00 discount if you are wheelchair bound or walk with two crutches or walker and the location State regulations allow for hunting from a vehicle if you are disabled per their definition. Loss of hearing, loss of sight, or other similar disabilities do not qualify for a discount. Proof of the disability is required. 6. Special membership discount for members that are under the age of 16 years old- Less -$ Special membership discount for Sponsor Members- depends on sponsorship package. See details for sponsors. Call us. 8. Special membership discount for entries of the age of 75 years or older. Proof will be required. -$25.00 off 9. Special membership discount for designated Auctioneer for their services throughout the year- -$ IV.
