2 02 OM&M AWARDED CYBER ESSENTIALS AWARD I May, we were pleased to be awarded Cyber Essetials accreditatio, ahead of the Geeral Data Protectio Regulatios (GDPR). Cyber Essetials is a Govermet approved scheme desiged to help protect orgaisatios from the threat of most commo cyber-attacks. A Govermet survey foud that almost 50% of busiesses ad charities have t implemeted the govermet s five basic security practices from Cyber Essetials. 4 04 Our commitmet to the commuity Raisig valuable fuds for the charities close to their hearts Paul puts MIND over Mudder Office Maager, Paul Lockhart, ad frieds Nick, Phil ad Justya, successfully competed i the gruellig Tough Mudder obstacle course at Belvoir Castle i Leicestershire o Suday 20th May. Paul, took o the epic-ad messy-10-mile challege to raise moey for the metal health charity MIND, a charity close to his heart. The 39-year-old maaged to complete the course, which icluded icy tuels, 20ft high walls ad of course plety of mud, despite sufferig from a ijury part way through. Paul said of the evet; I am so pleased to have raised over 600 for MIND. It makes gettig a ijury right at the ed eve more worthwhile. MOTHER-IN-LAW INSPIRES CYCLE CHALLENGE SUCCESS A HUGE well doe ad cogratulatios to our Costs Lawyer, Mike Fitsell, for cyclig 50 miles for charity i the Milto Keyes Bike Ride. The evet, which started ad fiished at Wille Lake, welcomed cyclists of all abilities ad gave them the optio of competig i either a 50km or a 50-mile circuit, both with o ad off-road routes. Mike, who took part i the sposored ride to raise moey for the British Heart Foudatio, after the recet death of his Mother-I-Law, successfully completed the 50-mile circuit i 3 hours ad 19 miutes. Mike said of the evet; The day was yet aother hot oe, but thakfully I was fiished by 12:30- before the temperature rose ito the low 30s! I was proud to do this ride as a tribute to my mother-i-law, Daphe Kewley, who recetly passed away.
