2 Show Highlights 22 Schools from 6 Countries took part in the SHOW More than 300 families came to the SHOW on the first day 20 Agents from different parts of Russia participated on the second day 40% grow in registrations and visitors comparing to the previous Show Half visiting families have more than 1 kid More than 200 people visited Educational Lectorium Families during the 1 st day were more precise in asking questions comparing to the previous Show

3 Statistics. Registrations With more than 830 registrations people considered different countries for their kids to study. The most popular were Russia, UK, USA, Switzerland, Canada and Australia. Coed schools were in the priority for the registered people but single sex schools had quite good attention Boys Schools Girls Schools Coed schools In terms of kids age, we had more parents registered with the age about to enter senior school and younger % 8% % % % 16-18

4 Statistics. Visitors Having more than 300 visiting families we have got a good ratio between registrations and visitors. Almost every second registered person has come to the Show. Visitors considered different countries for their kids to study. As for the registrations the most popular were Russia, UK, USA, Switzerland, Canada and Australia. Coed schools were still in the priority for the visitors but single sex schools had quite good attention. Website Here are some figures of the traffic from 1 st September to the Show in October page-views visits users Demographics 73% female and 27% male users Peak age %, %, % Visitors to the website came from different countries but the majority was from Russia. People actively surfed through the website with hits on schools listings and 44 clicks to each school website in average. How users come to the Show website Users came to the website from different sources. Here is the summary. 18,4% 31,5% 9,7% 3,6% 44,5% Google adv Yandex adv Social media Direct entries Search Links from other webs 36,9%

6 Statistics. Advertising There was a vast advertising campaign including Yandex, Google, Radio, Social Media, Tatler magazine and other internet resources. Here is the percentage of registrations from different sources. The word of mouth turned out the most efficient advertising instrument. Yandex, Google and social media showed quite stable results. 7 Feedback. Schools & Agents We had 19 schools, 1 guardianship agency and 1 service provider participating in the Show. According to the evaluation forms we are happy to have a high level of overall satisfaction from schools and service providers. What schools liked Good quality of visitors on the 1 st day and agents on the 2 nd day The volume of visitors on the 1 st day The venue location, food, service Professionalism of the organizer s staff What schools would like us to improve Find time for lunch on the 1 st day Bring more parents Widen geographical variety of agents We had 21 agents attending the 2 nd day as registered participants and 2 agents who came to meet the particular school. According to the evaluation forms we are happy to have a high level of overall satisfaction from agents. What agents liked High level of participating schools The venue location, food, service The way how the event was organized Professionalism of the organizer s staff What agents would like us to improve Increase the number of schools participating Widen geographical variety of schools Bring selective schools to the Show
