3 Additional Conference Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsorship Type Rate Includes HHW Facility Tour Lunch (Monday) $500 Sponsorship of the tour and lunch that will be highlighting the operation of three local HHW collection facilities. This will include a business card ad in the program. Small Business Tour Lunch (Monday) Membership Mixer (Monday Evening) Recognition Awards Lunch (Tuesday) $500 Sponsorship of the tour and lunch that will highlight industries and outlets of interest of NAHMMA Members. This will include a business card ad in the program. $2,000 Sponsorship of our Membership Mixer to kick of the conference includes one conference registration, business card ad in program, signage at event and on event tables. $2,000 Sponsorship of our Recognition Awards Lunch includes one registration, business card ad in program, signage at lunch, and podium opportunity to welcome guests. Break Sponsor- Tuesday Afternoon $200 Sponsorship for the 30 minute break during the conference includes signage on and around the break tables. Premier Silent Auction (during Tuesday night Vendor Reception) $1,000 Sponsorship of our Silent Auction includes one registration, business card ad in program, signage at event, MC of the event, logo on auction table, and logo on silent auction bid sheets. NAHMMA would like to encourage our vendors and sponsors to register for our upcoming conference at the Holiday Inn By the Bay in Portland, ME. Before you arrive, there are a few logistical items we need to cover.

4 Drayage If you do not self-deliver; ship your exhibit display booth and boxes to either the hotel or SER Exposition Services. Please see notes below. Please do not ship booths until after August 22. Please make arrangements for this to take place with your own courier or SER Exposition Services. SER Exposition Services can transport the containers back to their warehouse for shipping back to a designated return address. Security: The Casco Bay Room may not be fully secured. Do not leave valuables unattended. Recyclable Give-away items: This is a GREEN conference; please purchase recycled content, recyclable, compostable or reusable items for your booth promotional items. There will be a Silent Auction with the Vendor Reception Tuesday August 28 th. So please bring an item that you would like to donate for the auction. Electrical and Tables Electrical is available thru the Holiday Inn by the Bay.
