3 special category Awards & Rewards Heritage award AWARDED to one PRESIDENT s CLUB REPRESENTATIVE from each DISTRICT This special Award will be presented to just one President s Club Representative from each District at the President s Club 2017 Celebration Event. Each Award will be engraved with the winner s name and achievement. To win it, you must be ranked with the highest Award Sales and percentage increase versus prior year in your District. To be eligible, you must have achieved President s Club in the 2016 year, and been an active Sales Representative from Campaign 1 through to Campaign 18, top 10 in district award TOP 10 PRESIDENT s club REPRESENTATIVES IN EACH DISTRICT CAMPAIGN 1 TO 18, 2017 In recognition of your achievement you will receive all the benefits that President s Club membership brings, plus: Those exceptional Representatives who achieve Top Ten in the District will be recognised at the President s Club 2017 Celebration Event. Representatives ranked No.1 in their District will also receive an Achievement Award signed by Sharon Plant. President s Club 2017 Prestigious Lunch A prestigious lunch will be hosted mid year within your Divison when you achieve President s Elite or above within the first 9 Campaigns of You will be treated to fine dining and have the opportunity to network with your peers and a member of Avon s Executive Management Group, and/or Senior Management Team. President s Club 2017 Training Day President s Club members will be invited to attend a special one-day training session to be held in each Division. Here you will preview all the exciting new products for the 4th quarter and receive important training on how to maximise your earnings. It will be a fun, rewarding and informative day. To attend, you must have achieved President s Club membership in the 2016 President s Club program and have placed an order in each of Campaign 1 to 13, 2017, inclusive. President s Club 2017 Celebration Event President s Club members will be invited by Avon s President and Managing Director, Sharon Plant, to celebrate their achievement as an honoured guest at a President s Club 2017 Celebration Event. These will be held after Campaign 1, 2018, hosted by your Division Sales Manager, and where possible, attended by a member of Avon s Executive Management Group and/or Senior Management Team. All guests will receive a special attendance gift and be treated to previews of upcoming new products and company strategies. Awards for our special category achievers will be presented and bonuses earnt will be announced at the Celebration Event, along with well-deserved recognition of your highest level achieved.
