1 Dear GCDS Corporate Friends: Please join and member dentists during a few of the 2018 scheduled events. Give Kids A Smile! Day is now in its 16th year. Every year volunteer dentists, staff, and dental students from and CWRU School of Dental Medicine provide free dental care on the first Friday in February for children from Pre-school age to 5th grade. The care, supplies, transportation and giveaways for the kids are all provided by donations. In addition, all sponsors will be recognized through multiple Greater Cleveland Dental Society Bulletins and s, logos on marketing materials and the T-shirts worn that day, and recognition through all communication after the event, which will be viewed by approximately 700 local member dentists. Women in Dentistry Dinner is our annual Professional Girl s Night Out. event. While being a fun evening, the message is always about lifestyle balance and becoming a better you. Sponsorships will be used to offset the costs of the venue, dinner and prize gifts. For more information contact GCDS Headquarters at Annual Member s Party and Inauguration Night is the traditional celebration of all the previous year successes and anticipated newly elected volunteer leaders of the Society. Dr April Yanda will become the new GCDS President effective June 1, 2018, as well as all other newly elected members of the GCDS Board of Trustees and Ohio Dental Association Delegation. Sponsors of this gala event are invited to attend and celebrate with all the leadership of the GCDS. New Dentist Study Club is designed to provide tools and resources to help during the early stage of a new Dentist s career. These seminars can provide you an opportunity to support and network with New Dentists in a casual, social environment. North Coast Spring Meeting is our annual CE Dental Meeting. Each year volunteer dentists, staff, and dental students from The Greater Cleveland Dental Society and CWRU School of Dental Medicine provide free dental care on the first Friday in February for children from Preschool age to 5th grade.
