2 Look what our Lighthouse Dads have been getting up to. In this months What s On Guide. At the start of October the Lighthouse Dads visited BF Adventure and for once it didn t rain! Despite winter creeping up on us, the Lighthouse Growers are still busy. See what their plans for the coming year are on page 4. The Minnows group at The Maritime Museum has started up again. If you d like to know more have a look at page 3. The Lighthouse Dads have been out having fun once again. Have a look at some of the latest snap shots on page 15. Important Information There is a new time for the Lighthouse Growers which is pm. Details of Christmas parties and Christmas closing dates will be available in the December issue of the What s On Guide. The dads have also been having plenty of fun at The too. It is a multi sensory interactive session for parents and under fives. Each month there is a different story and the varying sensory activities enhance the story/theme for the month. Ending in a fish trail around the museum where children will go on a trail around the museum, looking for nemo fish which lead them to a treasure chest. 4 Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga Classes Despite the vegetable growing season being almost at an end, there is still lots going on in the Lighthouse Growers group. During November there is plenty of much needed garden maintenance to be done by those not afraid to get their hands dirty. There will also be some planning sessions taking place to decide what will be grown in the garden next year. We may also be having some more cooking sessions delivered by two of our Growers who attended the recent Get Cooking course. Finally, this years growers will soon be receiving their certificates in recognition of the work they have done throughout the year. We will be having a party to celebrate the occasion.
