Gratitude (depending on who the participants are and where they are at in their treatment) will have spoken to Pamela beforehand to see who and how many will be in the group -have the participants express their images/ sensations that came up for them once music has ended through color/pictures on paper and/or written words - Participants share whatever they're comfortable sharing while being solely supported JANUARY 30 InspireHealth: Tamara Mackenzie, Nutritionist Eating for Health Part 1 Join Tamara Mackenzie, Nutritionist with InspireHealth Supportive Cancer Care, for part 1 of 2 discussions on eating for health. With all the conflicting information on nutrition and cancer, how do you make the best choices for yourself? Join us to learn about the basics of nutrition and making healthier choices that are right for YOU whether you have a cancer diagnosis or not. FEBRUARY 6 InspireHealth: Breanna Walker, Kinesiologist Movement For The Health Of It Join Breanna Walker, Exercise Therapist and Yoga Teacher at InspireHealth Supportive Cancer Care, for a conversation about the benefits and challenges of incorporating physical activity into one s health care routine following a diagnosis of cancer. This talk will explore how appropriate exercise can help manage treatment side effects, how to keep the body safe and comfortable when returning to an exercise routine and how to build an optimal movement program for your unique body. Come and discuss the many ways that we can all enjoy exercise and movement for the health of it! FEBRUARY 20 InspireHealth: Lynda Soberanes, Dietitian Eating for Health Part 2 Join Lynda Soberanes, Registered Dietitian with InspireHealth Supportive Cancer Care, as she talks about why keeping your blood sugar levels consistent can lead to greater health. We will share easy, practical tips that will help you to eat healthier and feel better.

5 FEBRUARY 22 Cooking Class: Hagit Ammer Together, we will learn to create plant-based dishes that are very easy to digest, leaving you feeling your best. We will discuss methods of proper food combining, the use of anti-inflammatory ingredients and probiotic foods to enhance digestion and to promote a healthier ecosystem. Creating foods that are not only tasty and appealing to the eye, but are also healing from within - this is the goal we will set to achieve at each meal.
