After the round introduction of the meeting prticipnts, it ws nnounced tht in order to follow trnsprent process nd mitigte the conflict of interest in dvnce we would like to request the house tht if ny CCM member/ lternte or prticipnt is in the position of conflict of interest to ny of the scheduled gends in tody s meeting must leve the meeting hll while tht specific gend is being discussed nd decided. It ws pointed out by CCM secretrit tht s the membership term of CCM members from CSOs hs expired in Februry, 2015 so in order to hve legl quorum in meeting CCM must extend the membership of CCM members nd re-endorse ll the decision of CCM from Februry to August It ws decided by CCM tht in future both CCM EC nd CCM OS committees should hve short updte of their ctivities in ech CCM Meeting moreover, ll CCM members nd lternte who wnt to invite guest s observer to CCM meeting must inform CCM ledership nd CCM secretrit in dvnce. The house once gin emphsized on its previous decision tht UNDP will be the PR for Globl Fund NFM nd HSS/MoPH will be the Co-PR for Globl Fund NFM. 3. The house pproved tht the ctivities segregtion will be done between UNDP nd HSS/ MoPH during grnt negotition. 4. UNDP s PR for NFM should ensure to decrese the generl mngement cost of 27%. 5. WHO technicl ssistnce for HIV NFM grnt implementtion should be further clrified with providing budget brekdown nd shre in next CCM meeting. 6. Therefore, ll 15 present CCM members/ lterntes voted nd endorsed the HIV CN with its relevnt modules nd tools. 2 AoB: 1- CCM membership extension nd progress on CCM Re- Structuring It ws discussed tht the CCM membership tenure hs lredy been completed, s it ws decided in lst CCM meeting on June 30 th CCM Executive committee should review the CCM membership nd it ws greed tht CCM Executive committee under the chirmnship of Dr. Njibullh Sfi, Acting GD of Preventive Medicine nd Chir of CCM EC should strt working on the restructuring of CCM including CSO/NGOs election process, s we know specific working group is ssigned by Executive Committee to review the drft revised CCM documents including revised CCM constitution, therefore, the working group members re dvised by the meeting to The following decisions were dopted by the CCM meeting. 1. The ssigned working group should expedite the review of revised documents nd present it to the CCM meeting for pprovl on next CCM meeting tenttively will be held on October 13 th, 2015; lter on the working group should pln nd complete the EC, Working Group CCM Secretrit 5
