Keep specimen on ice after collection, before separation. State day of menstrual cycle. Morning urine. Gestational age. SR8 Add HCl after urine collection to achieve ph of 2.0. SR9 Add HCl after urine collection to achieve ph of SR10 SR11 SR12 SR14 SR17 SR20 SR21 SR22 SR23 SR24 SR25 SR28 SR29 SR30 Add acetic acid before urine collection, preservative. Draw blood pre-dose for trough level. Sterile specimen. Collect in aprotinin-edta tube. Serum from recipient and whole blood from donor. Send frozen. Protect from light. Draw blood into S-S Gel, centrifuge and keep under vaccum. Send in transport medium. State position; upright or supine. Draw blood into vacutainer tube and keep under vaccum. Add boric acid 1gm/100ml urine. Add HCL (10%) after urine collection. Record the total weight of 24 hrs stool specimen & only send 10 grams.
