During my laboratory training I learned a lot of molecular and cellular biology techniques such as cell culture, mammalian cell transfection methods, Western and Southern blot, PCR, cloning techniques, mutagenesis, Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching, Raster Image Correlation Spectroscopy. I m also training in some electrophysiological techniques. I m able to use very efficiently Internet and online databases of biological interest. I also efficiently use Microsoft Office package. I usually use Windows operative system, but I can also use Linux and Mac. In 2004 I passed the European Computer Driving Licence START tests.
