4 COURSE DESCRIPTION Lung Cancer in 2018: A Multidiscii plinary Update is intended to provide a diverse and comprehensive overview of recommendations and best practices based on newly emerging data and trials. Guest faculty, Dr. Jonathan Pupreparation of patients for surgical therapy for lung cancer. EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES By the end of the course, participants will be able to: Describe the role of a multidisciplinary team in the preparation and management of lung cancer patients State the surgical therapies for advanced lung cancers. Identify patients who should be referred for complex lung cancer treatment. Explain advances in systemic therapy for lung cancer including immunotherapy, targeted therapies and other forms of therapy. TARGET AUDIENCE professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of radiology and treatment options in order to select the optimal management for their patients. Accreditation Statement Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Credit Designation maximum of 7.5 AMA PRA Categ ory 1 Credits.
