1 September 1, 2018 Altar Guild members: A fall welcome to everyone. I'm hoping this letter gets to everyone along with October, November and December calendars. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 21: A SPECIAL "MEET AND GREET" WITH FR. CHRIS DUNCAN. (INSTEAD OF SUN CLASSES) 9:15 - MANSHIP BLDG Please put this on your calendar and come have a short visit with Fr. Duncan so he gets to know all of our important Altar Guild members. Reminders will be in service leaflets. LINEN GUILD LADIES: To help out with picking up linens, the linens are being picked up on early Monday morning in the church and chapel sacristies and taken to MMC and left on the desk for pick-up. This is to help out with security issues on the campus during the school days. WE DO NEED A FEW MORE VOLUNTEERS TO DO LINENS. Emily Kay taught me that washing them and then laying them flat on smooth surfaces (like mirrors, glass table tops or smooth counter tops is the easiest way to do linens. Let them dry and then fold them. No ironing needed. EASY PICK-, BRING BACK ON SUNDAY. CHRISTMAS EVE: (Please note new times for early services.) 2:00 PM (Pageant and Holy Eucharist) Clean up and set up for 5:00 PM) 5:00 PM (Holy Eucharist) Clean up and set up for 11:00 PM) 11:00 PM (Clean up and set up for 10:30 AM Christmas Day CHRISTMAS DAY 10:30 AM - John Ozier Please contact me and let me know when you are able to work. Thanks for your help. Jane Christensen (TQMSystems@aol.com, -9516)
