Jennifer loves to know she is making a positive change to her clients health, helping them create happier, healthier, fuller lives. She enjoys working with all types of fitness levels and especially loves working with the older population or with outdoor sports enthusiasts like herself. Jennifer has a particular interest in back rehab, core stability and postural training. In 2014 Jennifer herniated a disc due to a very bad fall on icy stairs. This experience has given her first-hand experience and success with helping others live pain free with back issues. From personal training to spinning and group exercise, Lyndsay has worked for the District of West Vancouver since She works with a variety of clients from competitive athletes to those who have never set foot in a gym. 10 Mike Lindesay Kinesiologist Personal Training & Rehabilitiation Mike is an Active Health and Rehabilitation Specialist with a BSc in Kinesiology and advanced courses in Functional Movement. He has participated at a high level in multiple team sports (Karate, Field Hockey, Wrestling) and has been exposed to a variety of training techniques and styles. Engaging in sport at this level enabled him to witness and experience the accompanying injuries that are associated with such competitions.
