1 RADIANT RITUALS 5 Daily Rituals for a Radiant Life

2 Ritual One Wonderful Water Water is our life blood. We are made up of 70% water in fact and it is the number one ingredient to living a Radiant life. Not only does it hydrate our cells, increase body function and performance, it can also be our best friend when we are trying to lose weight, increase energy and have that glowing skin we long for. My best tip to getting your 3L minimum throughout your day is to give yourself 1Litre challenges - aim for 1L before breakfast, 1 before lunch and 1 before dinner. During the hot summer months or when exercising intensely, water needs to be increased. Drink up sister!

3 Ritual Two Fabulous Food Food is our Fuel. When you think about stepping out into the world as your most Radiant self, what do you think that woman would eat? To feel nourished, strong and satiated we must think nutritious, fabulous food. We all know the basics of healthy eating but we allow society to tell us and determine what and how much we eat. Over my years of yo-yo dieting and trying every eating regime under the sun I have now found my sweet spot with nutrition... I eat nutrient dense carbohydrates, healthy fats and proteins as well as loads of green veg every day. I also have my nutrition non-negotiable which, for me, is a yummy, clean protien bar - I love 'googys' protein bars - egg whites, fruits and nuts - keeps me on track!

4 Ritual Three Satiating Sleep Oh sleep... glorious sleep. Crazing to think of the struggle I go through every night to get my boys into bed when all I wanna do is jump in at 7pm so I can be up at 5am to feel refreshed for a great workout! Sleep is not only lovely for the soul and yes it is certainly satiating after a long day; but sleep is vital for optimal body function. Sleep is when our body regulates, repairs and recovers from the day and prepares itself the day that is to come. So many women struggle with getting enough to feel Radiant in the morning. My biggest tip is to create a bedtime routine; set your alarm to remind you of those intentions and give yourself the best chance at getting an uninteruppted 7-8 hours of shut eye!

5 Ritual Four Moving Minutes I used to workout solely for aesthetics - no shame in that; it motivated me to get started and got me to where I am now. However what I have discovered is that moving my body not only made me healthier and more fit but it made me feel emotionally connected to by body and it created an essence of JOY for my entire day. It's about taking action, aligning to your best intentions and then moving forward in your day and being happy to give to others because you have first given to yourself. Moving minutes can look like walking, yoga, stretching, running, resistance training, dance classes... anything that gets your body moving and connecting with your heart and soul. No matter where you are; MOVE!

6 Ritual Five Radical Resistance I wasn't always fit; then I started running... then I started resistance training and something radical happened... I became physically strong, I became more mentally tough, I became controlled and aligned with my body. Resistance training is perfect and necessary for anyone, any age. Building muscle strength and tone will help support healthy aging, burn body fat, increase metabolism and allow you to step into your power. It doesn't have to look like hours in the gym with the guys; at home, some dumbbells, a barbell or a kettlebell... It can and should be fun, expressive and expansive! 7 Finding Your Fit Every day... So my lovelies, there you have it... My 5 non-negotiates to living and feeling Radiant! Why Radiant? What does it means to me? In 2016 I jumped on a plane destined for a life-changing fitness retreat at the beautiful Bondi Beach. Hosting the retreat were 3 amazing super-ft-chicks from the U.S.A. that had an unprecedented impact on my health and fitness journey. After 3 days and endless take-aways I stood proud and tall in the fact that I had discovered all of what I wanted to become was already inside of me. Powerful stuff! I wanted to show up Radiant and in abundance; turns out that's exactly what everyone saw. So I got it tattooed on my wrist so that I never forget to shine my Radiance to the world. You can too.
