1 News Letter Inside This Issue Christmas at Upcoming Events Fundraising Hello and Welcome! I hope you have all had an enjoyable Christmas and are looking forward to welcoming the New Year. I will be returning to my home in Kent on the 4 th January 2019, handing to Operations Manager Lisa Stevens, who will be interim here for the time being. We have had much interest in the General Manager position at and will continue with our application process until we feel we have found the right candidate for the home. Both Deputy Manager Andy and Head of Willow Way Amos are in post and will be attending the next family meeting to say hello. We have now appointed to the Head of Housekeeping position and are looking forward to improvement in our performance, particularly with the laundry system. We have new Health Care Assistants joining the team to support our existing team of committed carers, and have a number of Nurse Interviews arranged. 2 News in and around A note from the activities coordinator The Christmas countdown began mid- December and we enjoyed festive fun at. We put our hands to good use with our cake decorating. On the 3 rd we were visited by the boys and girls from Holland Junior School. Have a look at their brilliant efforts in decorating the Christmas Trees around the home. The songs were festive and fun when the Hurst Green Cubs and Beaver s treated us to a lovely carol concert full of good cheer!
3 Upcoming Events at The Christmas cheer has well and truly spread around The Manor and we still have a lot more to come. Please join us for some Christmas fun!
