You can determine your eligibility for Medicaid, check if your status is active, look up doctors in your area (using BetterDoctor s API), and schedule yourself eligibility reminders. NutriLink is a functional app created to be used to map and locate the nearest functional Nutrition Centers in India. It will be used by frontline workers and community at large to identify the availability of beds in realtime at the centers and contact information. Also, this will help policy-makers to make decisions. YourPacifier is a smart pacifier that senses the humidity of baby s lips and alerts you if the baby s total body water amount is dangerous. Oral Rehydration Solution is included in the pacifier. YourPacifier collects the data of users, and it can detect epidemics around your child. The Connect application translates the airway monitoring data received and creates a visual simulation that represents the patients endotracheal tube placement. This simulation will indicate whether the tube is in a safe zone, which will allow parents to feel comfortable to hold their baby. Dance4Healing is a behavior centered, cross-generational tele-exercise live video platform bringing exercise, emotional support and fun to assisted living and independent seniors. Connects patients with one another to form accountability relationships and improve medication compliance. We combine numerous studied components which have been studied to show improvements in compliance when integrated into a single solution. It facilitates telemedicine by automated-diagnosis. A multi-modal platform that monitors adult sepsis patients discharged home that reduces 30-day hospital readmission rates. We deliver targeted educational content to the patient and/or their caregiver, while collecting critical real-time information about patient health. Our project intent is to provide better predictability to maternal outcomes for women with lupus. We use AI to predict symptom progression, and we anticipate integrating aggregated biometric as well as environmental sensor data partnering. PAD-Piper is an Alexa skill for PAD patients, built to amplify the impact of our algorithms. PAD-Piper integrates with your phone pedometer, tracking your steps per day, and predicting the change in the severity of your PAD week over week. Using smart phone data, such as accelerometers, we re trying to see if we can detect peripheral artery disease early. Given accelerometer data, we try to predict a patient s ABI, if they re using a walker, and if they have PAD. Using the patient s diagnoses and services from previous claims or their electronic health record data, Doctors in Touch will provide a list of recommended specialists whose current patient populations match the patient in need of the referral. Global Oncology (GO) Prize V-Fend V-Fend seeks to dramatically improve health outcomes for children living with HIV by providing reminders to take medication and allowing kids to play fun and educational games. The app gamifies the HIV drug adherence experience to educate patients. Global Oncology (GO) Prize Found in Translation A translation app that provides interpretation at all points of care reliably and personal interaction from patients and providers perspectives. Persistent-Neodesign $1k Mobile EMT We developed a completely mobile and wireless system that enables doctors to access your vitals from anywhere in the world in real-time and provide assistance remotely.
